Our Origin Story
- Founded in Colorado in 2015 with a commitment to excellence and a realization that the existing market lacked the same vision as binske’s
holistic approach.
- Inspired by Anthony Bourdain’s ‘Parts Unknown’ visit to Peru identifying a thought to be extinct white cacao bean, the ‘binske family’ procured this single strain of cacao for our chocolate bars and led the way for our hunt for proprietary genetics. In 2022, binske acquired ONI Seed Co. and its vast library of cultivars.
